Easy To Join & Easy To Cancel – To cancel your membership all you need to do is call or come into the center and sign an official Massage Chi cancellation form – sorry cancellations are not acceptable from mail, email or fax. At the time of signed cancellation there is one final withdrawal at agreed membership pricing which will give basic gym memberships one more month of gym access. No Refunds. All additional membership discounts and privileges will end. If you do not come in and signed the cancellation form and/or your final withdrawal does not process, all unused sessions and money on account will be forfeited.
