CHI GROUP FITNESS TRAINING CLASS

60 Minute group training. Get in shape with friends, family or join one of our existing groups. Our group training program is designed to cater to all levels of fitness and focus on all five components of fitness: cardiovascular endurance, muscular endurance, muscular strength, flexibility, and body composition. SLOW ENERGY FLOW  –  Monday 6pm

Don’t let the name fool you!  – This class is a slower power practice that will move your body with slow and deliberate flowing postures, challenge your strength and balance, and relax you into a well-deserved savasana. But don’t worry, you will still feel the BURN! You will reset your mind through clear intentions and presence on your mat.

Your instructor will break down each pose for proper alignment and form with a paramount focus on safety, while also offering all level options that will benefit any yogi’s practice.

STRETCH AND FLEXIBILITY  –  Thursday 6pm

This class is amazing for anyone looking to improve their range of motion, increase circulation, and calm your mind-which may help fend off injuries. This class focuses on increasing flexibility through a variety of postures and poses. We will start out with a warm up, for your joints and muscles.  Using active and passive stretching we will focus on the breath and releasing tension throughout the body as we stretch.  Remember to bring your mat.
