Easy To Join & Easy To Cancel – To cancel your membership all you need to do is come into the center and sign an official Massage Chi cancellation form – sorry cancellations are not acceptable from mail, email or fax. At the time of signed cancellation there is one final withdrawal at agreed membership pricing which will give (a) basic gym memberships one more month of gym access or (b) massage memberships an addition 60 min massage and six months to use this and any other unused/unexpired visits from your account or (c) fitness memberships one more month of unlimited group fitness classes or (d) add on massage membership upgrade option at time of cancellation any unused massages will turn to a dollar value or (e) family memberships one more month of unlimited group fitness classes, gym access and one 60min massage. No Refunds. All additional membership discounts and privileges will end. If you do not come in and signed the cancellation form and/or your final withdrawal does not process, all unused sessions and money on account will be forfeited.
