Easy To Join & Easy To Cancel – To cancel your membership all you need to do is come into the center and sign an official Massage Chi cancellation form – sorry cancellations are not acceptable from mail, email or fax. At the time of signed cancellation there is one final withdrawal at agreed membership pricing which will give (a) massage memberships an addition 60 min massage and twelve months to use this and any other unused visits from your account or (b) ultimate fitness memberships one more month of unlimited group fitness & yoga classes and one free 60 min massage or  (c) basic mem24 memberships one more month of gym access. No Refunds. All additional membership discounts and privileges will end. If you do not come in and signed the cancellation form and/or your final withdrawal does not process, all unused sessions and money on account will be forfeited.
