Massage Chi Is Not Responsible For Lost Or Stolen Articles.

Massage Chi Reserves The Right To Refuse Services Based On Health And/Or Risk Factors Determined By Industry Standards.

Massage Chi Services Are Entirely Therapeutic And Non-Sexual. Any Suggested Sexual Behavior Will Immediately Stop The Service And The Client Is Responsible For The Full Service Charge.

SERVICE TIME

Massage session timing consists of check in process, the massage, time for you to dress and undress and time to communicate with your therapist. 60 minute session will have 55 minutes of table time, 5 minutes for the client to check in, dress/undress & communicate with their therapist and an additional 15 minute our therapist are given to perform the necessary sanitation protocols and complete the procedures. Therefore 60 minute service will turn into a 55 minute service to insure 20 minutes of time for proper cleaning and sanitizing.

MINOR POLICY

Any Client Under The Age Of 18 Years Need To Have A Massage Chi TBC Minor Consent Form Signed By Their Parent/Guardian Before Services Can Be Performed.

PRENATAL MASSAGE

Prenatal Massages Are 60 Minute Services. Clients Must Be Passed Their First Trimester To Receive Service.

APPOINTMENT & CLASS SCHEDULE TIME POLICY

Please Arrive On Time For All Appointments And Classes.

New Clients Need To Arrive 15 Minutes Early To Fill Out Information For Your Specialist.

Yoga & Fitness Clients Need To Pay Before All Classes, Please Arrive Accordingly.

Late Arrival To Visits Will Result In Loss Time And Will Receive Only The Amount Of Time That Remains Of Your Schedule Visit. You Are Responsible For The Full Price For Your Scheduled Visit.

CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULE POLICY

Advance 24 Hour Cancellation/Reschedule Written Notice Is Required For All Appointments & Classes.

If You Provide Less Than 24 Hour Notice, You Are Responsible For The Following Fees

On Massage Appointments A Fee Of $25.00 – On Classes A Fee Of $15.00

If You Do Not Show Or Call To Cancel Your Appointment You Will Be Charged The Full Session Value.

FITNESS CANCELLATION POLICY

All Private & Group Fitness Sessions Must Be Pre-Paid At Time Of Booking – The Following Fees Apply

On Fitness Private & Group Sessions Advance 24 Hour Written Notice Charge A Spot Holder Fee of $25 and Same Day and/or No Notice Charge The Full Session Value.

CLASSES

All Classes Must Be Pre-Booked And Paid For Before The Class Begins.

There Is A 24 Hour Cancellation Policy For All Classes.

If You Are Unable To Make Your Class Without Giving The 24 Hour Advance Notice You Will Be Charged The Cancellation Fee Defined In Massage Chi Cancellation/Reschedule Policy.
